Responsibilities
- Calculate payroll and personnel related expenses for assigned entities
- Coordinate payroll activities across multiple countries, legal entities, and external service providers
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Treasury, and Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Perform payroll related account reconciliations and support month end closing activities
- Manage relationships with external payroll providers, accounting firms, and EOR partners
- Review and validate payroll calculations prepared by outsourced teams
- Ensure payroll data is complete, accurate, and delivered according to deadlines
- Support payroll software, reporting tools, and related systems
- Develop, document, and enhance payroll processes, controls, and workflows
- Support payroll audits by preparing documentation and reconciliations
Requirements
- 6+ years of accounting experience including significant payroll accounting experience
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles, reconciliations, accruals, internal controls, and month end closing
- Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers and EORs
- General knowledge of payroll related tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with payroll software and ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

- Working closely with HR, Legal, Treasury, Tax teams, and external partners, you will help maintain reliable payroll processes and financial controls.

- Identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
- Supporting payroll audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Investigating and resolving payroll related issues
Requirements
- 6+ years of accounting experience, including significant experience with payroll accounting and personnel related expenses
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles, reconciliations, accruals, internal controls, and month end closing processes
- Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers, outsourced teams, EORs
- General knowledge of payroll related tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions; familiarity with UAE and UK payroll is a plus
- Ability and willingness to learn country specific payroll regulations
- Proven ability to create, streamline, and improve operational processes
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience using payroll software, EOR platforms, and ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite
- Proactive, hands on, and solution oriented approach
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
