- Negotiate favourable rates, offers, and events to maximize value for members
- Maintain ongoing relationships with partners to ensure sustainable growth and repeat successes
- Monitor partner performance to ensure consistently high quality service delivery
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure Ten's partnerships remain innovative and competitive
- Analyse redemption data and member demand to refine partnership strategies
- Propose and implement new strategies to impact member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and operational efficiencies
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to maximize partnership visibility and member engagement
- Support client services and business development managers with client related matters and new business proposals
- Share best practices and process improvements across teams and regions
- Track and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) related to partnership success
- Use data analytics to drive improvements in partnerships offerings and member experiences

- Market Analysis & Strategy Execution: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to ensure Ten's partnerships remain innovative and competitive.
- Analyse redemption data and member demand to refine partnership strategies.
- Propose and implement new strategies to impact member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and operational efficiencies.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to maximize partnership visibility and member engagement.
