Role Overview

  • Join a high performance, fully remote team where you'll take full ownership of paid media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of ambitious brands.
  • This role combines strategic planning with hands on execution, giving you the opportunity to shape campaign performance from concept through optimization.
  • You'll work directly with clients, translating business goals into measurable marketing results across multiple paid acquisition channels.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant advertising channels.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and manage paid campaigns from end to end, ensuring efficient budget allocation, campaign pacing, bidding strategies, and overall performance.
  • Design audience targeting strategies, campaign structures, and conversion funnels aligned with client objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance, performance updates, and data driven recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement continuous improvements to maximize return on investment.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using platforms such as Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, AgencyAnalytics, or similar tools.
  • Ensure campaign quality through ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance while managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands on paid media experience within an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Strong expertise managing TikTok Ads campaigns, including campaign structures, creative formats, and auction optimization.
  • Solid experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Proven success managing Lead Generation campaigns as well as App Install and App Event campaigns across major advertising platforms.
  • Experience overseeing six figure monthly advertising budgets while consistently delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and confidently communicate campaign strategy and performance insights.
  • Proficiency with reporting and analytics platforms such as Funnel.io, Looker Studio, Tableau, AgencyAnalytics, or equivalent solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads is highly desirable.
  • Additional experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation, server side tracking, Conversion API, mobile attribution platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch), and conversion rate optimization is considered an advantage.
