Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 10 years of experience in risk management or related role
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in risk management software, data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Knowledge of crypto institutions
- Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred
