- Design and implement AI enabled HR solutions using Oracle AI Agentic Studio
- Configure Redwood UX and personalized employee experiences
- Develop VBCS applications and Oracle Fusion extensions
- Support Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and ORC modules
- Develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI analytics, and BI Publisher reports
- Manage HDL/HSDL based data migration activities
- Build REST/SOAP integrations through Oracle Integration Cloud
- Support testing, deployment, and post go live activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio
- Experience with Redwood UX
- Experience with VBCS and OIC
- Experience with HCM Extracts and Fast Formula
- Experience with HDL/HSDL

Role Overview
- We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant to deliver AI powered HR transformation initiatives leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Redwood UX, VBCS, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
