Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement workshops with stakeholders and SMEs
- Configure and implement Oracle FLEXCUBE solutions across CASA, Loans & Deposits, Trade Finance, Securities, Money Market, and Foreign Exchange
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documentation
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Lead FLEXCUBE customizations, integrations, and extensions
- Review PL/SQL development, reports, batch processing, and customization frameworks
- Manage data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and guide technical teams on best practices
- Mentor consultants and development teams
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, Go Live, and Hypercare activities
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation and transformation
- Deep functional banking expertise across corporate banking, treasury, trade finance, and lending
- Strong technical leadership skills
- Experience with PL/SQL development, reports, batch processing, and customization frameworks
- Ability to lead business requirement workshops and prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documentation

Role Overview
- We are seeking for experienced Senior Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno Functional Consultant to lead large scale Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation and transformation initiatives.
- The role combines deep functional banking expertise with strong technical leadership to deliver enterprise core banking solutions across corporate banking, treasury, trade finance, and lending domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.
- Configure and implement Oracle FLEXCUBE solutions across CASA, Loans & Deposits, Trade Finance, Securities, Money Market, and Foreign Exchange.
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and operational standards.
- Lead FLEXCUBE customizations, integrations, and extensions.
- Review PL/SQL development, reports, batch processing, and customization frameworks.
- Manage data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and guide technical teams on best practices.
- Mentor consultants and development teams.
