About the Role
D4 Insight is seeking a Senior Performance Tester to design, execute, and optimize enterprise application performance testing strategies in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across complex distributed banking environments.

Responsibilities
- Design performance testing strategies, plans, and workload models
- Execute load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing
- Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts
- Identify bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
- Recommend tuning strategies for application, database, and infrastructure optimization
- Support capacity planning and scalability assessments
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, Database, and Infrastructure teams
- Review architecture and designs to identify performance risks early
- Mentor junior performance testing engineers and promote best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in performance testing
- Proficiency with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner
- Experience in performance engineering and API performance testing
- Knowledge of SQL and database performance
- Experience with CI/CD integration
- Understanding of distributed systems

Role Overview
