As a key contributor to our Design Verification & Characterization Team , you’ll play an essential role in bringing revolutionary optical products to life. Specifically, you’ll:
Engineer with impact: Design and implement advanced optical test and verification strategies to transition breakthrough products from the design phase to full-scale production.
Characterize cutting-edge optics: Conduct in-depth characterization of key optical parameters, using advanced techniques to ensure our products are optimized for real-world performance.

A graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience on product development of optical components, photonics, or telecom systems
Experience in the design and/or testing of optical components and subsystems for optical communications.
Hands-on experience with electrical and optical test and measurement equipment
Expertise in test automation, including interaction with devices under test and test equipment.
Experience in any one (or more) of the following: Python, Flutter, Dart, VB.NET, C#
Experience leveraging packages and frameworks in a software development context
Familiarity with Agile software development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git)
