Employing theoretical concepts and principles from optics & photonics in practice, to improve the robustness of our test & measurement techniques.

Sharing your advanced knowledge of optical technologies with the team to further team growth.

Developing test measurement techniques and station architectures to characterize critical optical parameters.

Designing and conducting test cases to properly validate the operation of critical product features.

Implementing and expanding upon automated test software and scripts that improve our test coverage as well as the quality of our results.

Analyzing and characterizing optical, hardware and software failures and reporting them to relevant designers using our internal process and tools; and,
