About the Role

- Represent the organization before courts and judicial authorities in all referred cases
- Follow up with courts and official authorities regarding cases, monitor the progress of legal procedures, and ensure the enforcement of judgments
- Oversee the implementation of court decisions and judicial rulings related to all cases of the organization, in coordination with the relevant entities
- Attend court hearings and committee sessions as assigned, and prepare legal reports on the procedures carried out and their outcomes
- Assist in drafting memoranda, pleadings, and applications submitted to courts and committees under the supervision of the case manager
- Participate in drafting all types of internal decisions issued by the organization and ensure their circulation to employees and concerned parties
- Contribute to preparing draft reports on compliance verification to ensure that different departments adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

Job Description
