- Manage multiple projects across different areas of the business
- Build systems, SOPs, and automations to support company scalability
- Coordinate with internal team members, contractors, and vendors
- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Track KPIs and report on operational and business performance
- Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and communications
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Book domestic and international travel, including full itineraries
- Conduct research and present recommendations for key decisions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed
- Manage the CEO's social media content calendar and coordinate content creation

Role Overview
- We are seeking a Chief of Staff / Executive Integrator to act as the CEO's right hand and operational partner.
- This role focuses on turning the CEO's ideas and vision into structured execution plans, managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth day to day operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Project Management: Translate the CEO's vision into actionable project plans; manage multiple projects; build systems, SOPs, and automations; coordinate with team members and vendors; manage CRM and marketing automation tools; track KPIs.
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and communications; schedule meetings; book travel; conduct research; prepare presentations and reports.
- Marketing & Personal Brand: Manage the CEO's social media content calendar; coordinate content creation; support personal brand growth; assist with lead generation and funnel management.
- Additional Responsibilities: Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems; present solutions; ensure projects are completed; take full ownership of operational responsibilities.

Benefits
