About the Role

- Deliver the Facilities Management strategy and ensure contractual commitments are met.
- Manage the Facilities Management function, including planning, resource allocation, and standards implementation.
- Develop and monitor SLAs for assets and ensure alignment with service delivery and client expectations.
- Monitor service delivery performance and evaluate suppliers’ performance.
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance versus budget.
- Lead audits of staff, customers, and suppliers to gather feedback and monitor satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with HSEEQ policies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10–12 years’ experience in operations management including 5 years in a managerial role
- Exposure to Maintenance and Facilities Management in hospitality projects
- CMMS knowledge is preferable

Responsibilities
- Provide inputs to the development of the overall division strategy and participate in developing the business unit strategy.
- Deliver the Facilities Management strategy while ensuring contractual commitments are successfully met.
- Manage the effective achievement of the business unit’s objectives through leading the Facilities and Operations team.
- Contribute and assist the director of operations in defining an optimum structure for the business unit/ division.
- Recommend and oversee the budget for the business unit and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
- Lead and manage the Facilities Management function while ensuring planning and allocation of all resources.
- Discuss Side Specific Budgets with customers including CAPEX and advise on expenditures and cost reduction opportunities.
- Develop and monitor SLAs for the assets and ensure alignment to service delivery and client expectations.
- Monitor service delivery performance and lead the evaluation of suppliers’ performance.
- Monitor resource utilization to ensure the right number and talent is available for running operations.
- Monitor and control the execution of maintenance contracts and review preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Attend coordination meetings with tenants and contractors to discuss fit out works and carry out inspections.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a Master’s degree in Management or Facilities Management.
- CMMS knowledge is also preferable.
- 10 – 12 years’ experience in operations management including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Exposure to Maintenance and Facilities Management in hospitality projects.
