Role Overview
Own operations for KONE IT Connectivity, supporting the global KONE network and network security across more than 800 offices, call centers, and factories.
Ensure IT products and platforms are secure, reliable, continuously available, and managed against KPIs, SLAs, and service processes.
Lead service operations end to end with product teams, operations engineers, and external partners.
Service Operations
- Run ITSM processes for KONE Networks and ensure availability, performance, stability, and operational discipline.
- Manage network incident, problem, and change processes, including major incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Maintain service descriptions, runbooks, knowledge articles, user guidance, communications, and training materials.
Improvement and Resilience
- Drive improvement in service quality, availability, end-user experience, security, compliance, cost, and efficiency.
- Maintain service continuity and disaster recovery readiness, including plans, testing, and resilience improvements.
- Lead automation, monitoring improvements, service maturity planning, change readiness, go-live approvals, and post-implementation reviews.
