Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Accounting, Tax or another business related field
- At least 15 years of experience inclusive of at least 5 years in senior management positions in financial services industry
- Good understanding of key financial services and industry related legislation (e.g., CRS, FATCA, BEPS)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred

Role Overview
- The role holder leads the client relationship through a team of (Senior) Account Managers and Legal Assistants.
- Deliver pro active, exceptional service to client companies.
- Accountable to generate revenue based on value charging by coordinating legal, administrative and corporate activities.
- Promotes (new) products and services, and actively participates in growing the business.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the portfolios of clients and guide them on international structuring.
- Setting up and managing corporate and private legal structures.
- Monitor, manage and check the contracts of corporate clients.
- Ultimately responsible for the quality of the client files.
- Manage companies and ensure that all information in the client files is correct and up to date.
- Monitor, manage, verify and approve the preparation of minutes of meetings.
- Fully understand the client’s activities and ensure actions are consistent with company’s activities.
- Ensure adherence to Amicorp’s 4 Pillar approach.
- Anticipate and manage the impact of regulatory, taxation or legal changes.
- Achieve financial chargeability targets.
- Promote Amicorp in specialized round tables and prepare articles.
- Work closely with Local Management Team, CAC and Compliance.
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Accounting, Tax or another business related field.
- At least 15 years of experience inclusive of at least 5 years in senior management positions in financial services.
- Good understanding of key financial services and industry related legislation.
- Strong commercial mindset, takes initiative, positive and proactive.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and work in a smaller, dynamic local team environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of operational efficiency issues and quality management.
Personal and Team Targets
- Lead by example by accurately recording chargeable time and value of service using Maconomy.
- Monitor teams’ productivity and chargeability on weekly basis.
- Monitor all client accounting and legal & company management activities.
- Build and maintain strategic business relationship with clients.
Office Profitability Performance and Growth
- Ensure office profitability and performance aligned with the approved business plan.
- Review time sheet of team members and monitor their productivity and chargeability.
- Finalize Goals for employees, continuously evaluate performance.
Process and Controls
- Ensure that the sale of entities is in line with the target set.
- Compliance with statutory authorities and audit requirements.
- Ensure contingency plans are in place for all services.
- Maximize utilization of resources and drive cost control measures.
