- Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and budget requirements
- Review and approve purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost saving opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements to optimize value
- Work closely with finance, operations, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows
- Support project teams with timely sourcing of materials and services
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- English proficiency, Arabic preferred
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management

Job Purpose
