Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of marketing and communications strategies and operational plans
- Execute integrated marketing activities including brand campaigns, public relations, internal communications, and digital/social media initiatives
- Coordinate and manage events, sponsorships, and campaigns, including post event reporting and ROI analysis
- Develop, review, and edit content across multiple communication channels (English and Arabic where required)
- Manage marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
- Support media relations activities and PR coordination
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support continuous improvement
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting campaign performance, key milestones, and achievements
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Digital Media & Advertising
- Minimum of 2 years' progressive experience, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Digital marketing experience is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of marketing and communication channels, systems, and programs
- Strong knowledge of creative marketing and communication techniques
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or Digital Media & Advertising.
- Minimum of 2 years’ progressive experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
