- Arranging Catering & Banqueting Services
- Managing Transportation such as Company Fleet, Rent a Car Services, Bus services
- Coordinating with Rent a Car Company and end user for Traffic Fines, Accidents, Car replacement, Routine Car Service
- Managing Abu Dhabi Ports Drivers and setting up schedule for their routine work
- Arranging the supply of Dailies & Periodicals and Academic/Org. memberships
- Arranging social / team building activities
- Arranging Flowers & Plants for the Company
- Managing Conference rooms & auditoriums
- Arranging Security Passes & Car Park Entry passes
- Arranging the supply of stationary, Grocery and office company stamps
- Managing outgoing & incoming mails & Couriers
- Processing Hotel / Flight bookings for business travel and Health Insurances
Requirements
- Bachelor Education with relevant Experience
- Minimum 3 4 years in similar field
- Excellent command of English spoken & written
- Well knowledge in MS Office

Job Description
- Responsible for providing all administration services such as Catering & Banqueting, Cleaning & Messenger services, Vehicle allocation, Rent a car services, Mail Services, arranging & supply of newspapers & periodicals, plants & flowers etc.
- Provision of Office Services such as stationeries, furniture, shifting, and conference room bookings
- Also responsible for assisting for any admin related tasks, management & follow up
Core Responsibilities
- Arranging Catering & Banqueting Services
- Managing Transportation such as Company Fleet, Rent a Car Services, Bus services etc.
- Coordinating with Rent a Car Company and the end user for Traffic Fines, Accidents, Car replacement, Routine Car Service etc.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Education with relevant Experience
- Excellent command of English spoken & written
- Command of Arabic spoken is preferable
- Minimum 3 4 years in similar field
- Well knowledge in MS Office
