About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and implement bank management decisions to transfer accounts to the FRR department
- Timely submission of reports requested by bank management including MIS and BOD monthly reporting
- Manage and assist the Senior Financial Advisor in managing a delegated portfolio for non performing assets
- Establish effective working relationship with non performing defaulting borrowers to determine solutions
- Submit settlement proposals with recommendations and comments to enhance recovery process
- Liaise closely with other departments such as documentation and legal
- Monitor issuance and follow up of approved agreements for settlements of debt
- Observe development of non performing loans and determine alternative action
- Prepare monthly/required reports on status of non performing loans
- Ensure compliance with auditors’ requirements and internal/external reporting obligations
Requirements
- University Degree
- Post Graduate qualifications
- Minimum 3 5 years banking experience
- At least 2 years in Recovery unit / Credit Review or Corporate banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of banking laws and procedures
- Planning and organizing skills
- Strong investigative and persuasive skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Pro active and able to work independently

Role Overview
- Manage non performing loans by developing suitable strategies and initiate recovery efforts to achieve recovery targets.
- Coordinate with Head of Special Accounts to protect the Bank’s interests.
Work Management

Qualifications
- University Degree.

Experience
