Job Summary

The role supports global lending transaction processing, operational control, client service, reporting, and risk management.

The officer is expected to maintain operational discipline, meet service levels, and support continuous improvement.

Process and Risk Management

  • Process transactions according to Global Lending DOI, country addenda, and delegated authorities.
  • Escalate undocumented, irregular, or non-compliant processes through the appropriate hierarchy.
  • Resolve audit issues, CST exceptions, CORE reports, and operational risk matters within required timelines.
  • Maintain accurate leave records, complete required training, and support cross-training.

Clients and Operations

  • Support loan drawdown and rollover processing, client authentication checks, and referral or rejection tracking.
  • Respond to business and client queries within specified response times.
  • Support data quality assurance in systems such as ACBS and EBBS.
  • Process transactions across multiple markets and support business continuity volumes.

Technology and Reporting

  • Attach problem tickets to system issues and follow up on all open technology matters.
  • Update transaction data in the PS tool for productivity and capacity reporting.
  • Support automation and eliminate manual workarounds in transaction processing.
  • Suggest process improvement ideas and contribute to operational efficiency.

People and Culture

  • Perform backup roles, support new joiners, and participate in training and assessments.
  • Promote respectful, ethical, compliant, and risk-aware conduct across the organisation.
  • Support community activities and complete mandated volunteering commitments.

Qualifications

  • The Grade C role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates must have good knowledge of lending products and processes.
  • The role requires accuracy, independence, strong communication, client servicing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends is required.

Performance Expectations

  • External transaction errors should remain within the country SLA of 99.75%.
  • Internal errors should not exceed 10 per quarter, with no operational loss, near miss, or potential loss events.
  • The role includes response-time, productivity, efficiency, seat-utilisation, and market-coverage targets.
