Role Description
The Senior Officer manages day-to-day operational and administrative activities while supporting departmental objectives.
The role coordinates tasks, monitors processes, prepares reports, maintains records, and ensures assigned activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
The position supports colleagues, managers, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate departmental operations and review documents, records, workflows, and pending tasks.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, records, spreadsheets, and other business documentation.
- Support internal processes and projects while resolving issues and providing timely stakeholder updates.
- Identify process gaps, support improvements, and maintain compliance with internal procedures.
- Monitor KPIs, track task completion, and assist management with operational information and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes, coordination, documentation, and departmental support.
- Ability to manage tasks, workflows, priorities, deadlines, and assigned projects independently.
