Implementation and Delivery
- Implement and configure enterprise network infrastructure based on client requirements, bills of quantities, and approved designs.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Meraki MS, and Aruba switches.
- Configure Cisco Firepower, Cisco Meraki MX, ASA, and other firewall or next-generation firewall technologies.
- Configure Cisco ISE, 802.1X or MAB, posture policies, and TACACS+ for NAC and AAA.
- Prepare scopes of work, implementation plans, and activity schedules.
- Execute site surveys, migrations, cutovers, and go-live activities, including after-hours change windows when required.
Operations and Support
- Provide L2 and L3 troubleshooting for bandwidth, latency, connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
- Perform periodic hardening, configuration backups, and health checks of network and security devices.
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendor technical assistance centers, NOC teams, and field engineers to resolve issues.
Documentation and Governance
- Produce and maintain HLD, LLD, as-built documentation, runbooks, UAT test plans, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Log and manage work through ServiceNow, Salesforce, or an equivalent ticketing or CRM platform.
- Follow customer change-control processes and project governance standards.
Customer and Team Engagement
- Act as a trusted technical point of contact for customers during project delivery.
