Key Responsibilities

• ​
• Ability to work shifts/on-call; comfort working on-site in high-security environments.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
• Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for software solutions/vendors/brands.
• Work includes L2/L3 support including advanced and expert troubleshooting of Data Network Technologies
• Working with cloud architects and infrastructure teams to evaluate application and technology landscape
• Understanding cloud and network best practices combined with guiding principles
• Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
• This role will require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
• WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? Bachelors degree in related field. Over 2-3 years of experience in key routing and switching concepts (such as but not limited to trunking, ether-channel, BGP, IS-IS, L2 Security Concepts, VRFs) Familiarization with the following concepts/technologies: DDI, Virtualization, SD-WAN, SD-Access, WLAN administration, SASE, and SD-DC Strong written and verbal communications with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a nontechnical audience Eligibility for Reliability Security Clearance (resided in Canada for the past five years)
