ServiceNow Technical Architect

A ServiceNow Technical Architect designs and articulates robust, scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

Within the ServiceNow group, the ServiceNow Technical Architect is an experienced architect and innovator of solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform and can describe the solutions with ease.

An experienced advisor to the C-Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs.

Provide leadership and oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.

Excels at developing prototypes and providing demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions to client.

Analyze client environments, complete assessments, and create roadmaps to help clients understand the path to transform their ServiceNow environment and improve business value.

Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress

Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

Create technical architecture diagrams and documentation

Design and build technical frameworks and re-usable building blocks (accelerators)

Complete hands-on development of complex solutions for our clients.

Guide and provide mentorship to ServiceNow Developers.

Influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

Strong experience in leading solution design, creating estimates, developing implementation plans and building proposal response information for new opportunities

A strong desire and commitment to grow ServiceNow skills and knowledge through formal training, mentorship and hands-on experience
