Client Account Lead Associate Director

▸ 12–16 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in management consulting, professional services, or industry leadership within energy, utilities, chemicals, or natural resources

▸ Demonstrated track record of owning and growing large, complex client relationships at senior level — not just supporting them

▸ Prior experience operating in MEA markets strongly preferred; deep understanding of the KSA energy landscape, national oil companies, utilities reform, industry priorities is a significant advantage

▸ Proven ability to originate and close large engagements independently, including navigating government procurement, framework agreements, and joint venture client structures

▸ Executive presence and communication — able to command the room with clients, internally, and externally

▸ Strategic commercial acumen — you understand how to build a business case, price a deal, and structure value-sharing arrangements

▸ Cross-practice orchestration — comfortable pulling together capabilities from technology, operations, and strategy practices into a coherent client offer

▸ Sector fluency — conversant in the strategic, operational, and regulatory issues facing resources companies today: energy transition, asset digitalization, workforce transformation, and supply chain resilience
