The Senior Mortgage Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role guides clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry to completion.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' financial situations and explain mortgage options clearly.
- Recommend suitable mortgage products aligned with clients' home ownership goals.
- Manage end-to-end applications and coordinate with lenders and internal teams.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Monitor market developments and advise clients on refinancing or switching deals.
- Provide professional, client-centered service focused on clarity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mortgages and mortgage products, with demonstrable experience advising clients on home financing solutions.
- Solid background in finance and financial planning, including affordability, risk, and long-term mortgage implications.
- Experience in mortgage marketing or related financial services marketing.
- Proven senior advisory or relationship management experience, preferably in mortgage or banking environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for building long-term client relationships.
- High accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation and financial data.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced market.
- Proficiency with digital tools and online platforms for mortgage comparison, applications, and client communication.
