The Mortgage Advisor will act as a trusted point of contact for clients seeking property finance and mortgage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong client relationships.
- Generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Understand clients' financial needs and objectives.
- Recommend suitable mortgage and financing solutions.
- Guide clients through mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Work with banks, lenders, and internal teams.
- Manage client documentation and applications accurately.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
- Work toward and exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, company formation, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrate confident communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Be competitive, ambitious, target-driven, and attentive to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Have strong English communication skills.
- Show genuine interest in a financial services career.
- Be able to work onsite in Dubai.
