Lenddoo Mortgages is hiring a Senior Mortgage Advisor for a full-time, on-site role with its Dubai team.
The role guides clients through the full mortgage journey and provides clear, compliant financing advice.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients from first enquiry through final mortgage completion.
- Assess financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Manage applications, coordinate with lenders and internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Advise clients on refinancing and switching opportunities based on market developments.
- Build lasting client trust and deliver clear, professional service.
Qualifications
- Strong mortgage and mortgage product knowledge with a proven home-financing advisory record.
- Solid finance and financial planning background, including affordability and risk assessment.
- Experience in mortgage marketing or related financial services marketing.
- Successful senior advisory or relationship management experience, ideally in mortgage or banking.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail with financial data and documentation.
- Comfort working on-site in Dubai and collaborating across teams.
- Proficiency with digital mortgage comparison, application, and client communication platforms.
