Role Responsibilities
- Understand clients' financial requirements.
- Recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
- Manage the application journey.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients.
What We Are Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience.
- Experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, real estate, luxury sales, or a related field.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and understanding their financial requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation management.
- Commercially driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with digital tools and online platforms.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in mortgage and financial services.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location: In person.
- The role is based in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai.
