Role overview

Contract and working arrangement

• The role is permanent and based in Hatfield with hybrid working, including three days in the office.
• The working schedule is 40 hours per week.
• The role is at Senior Manager level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10, including recruitment, career progression, objective-setting, and planning review calendars.
• Translate trading strategies into stock plans and control Open to Buy, option counts, stock cover, aged inventory, sell-through, and margin metrics.
• Own senior relationships with partners and suppliers, provide rolling forecasts, support Joint Business Planning, and enforce GSCOP and Competition Law compliance.
• Manage stock turn, warehouse space utilisation, and seasonal events from inbound phasing through markdown and clearance strategies.
