- Review and manage mechanical design submissions, calculations, and specifications
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and civil teams
- Manage performance of mechanical design consultants and contractors
- Liaise with local authorities and utility providers for approvals
- Monitor technical quality, risks, and constructability
- Support construction activities by responding to technical queries and reviewing shop drawings
- Provide leadership and mentoring to mechanical engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in mechanical engineering for large scale projects
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
- Ability to review and manage mechanical design submissions
- Coordination skills with multi disciplinary teams

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities under the PMC scope of services.
- Oversee mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and specialist systems for hospitality and residential developments.
- Review and manage mechanical design submissions, calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
- Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, civil, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage and review the performance of mechanical design consultants and contractors.
- Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders for approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor technical quality, risks, and constructability, considering waterfront and coastal conditions.
- Support construction activities by responding to technical queries and reviewing shop drawings.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to mechanical engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
