About the Role
KEO International Consultants seeks a Graduate Urban Planner to join their team in Dubai. This role is open only to UAE Nationals and involves working within multi-disciplinary teams on land development, master planning, and strategic planning projects.

Responsibilities
- Work within multi disciplinary teams of planners, urban designers, landscape architects and engineers to complete land development, master planning and strategic planning projects
- Complete project based assignments through different rotations to gain business knowledge and technical skills
- Review and understand master plan data sets
- Support business development team in preparation of marketing materials, client presentations and other reports
- Communicate task progress to relevant senior staff member or project manager
- Support senior staff to liaise with government agencies and other authorities
- Ensure compliance with KEO's Quality Assurance policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Urban Planning, Architecture or related discipline
- UAE National
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic highly regarded

Responsibilities

- Becomes familiar with the KEO business, divisions, operations, culture, department relationships and clients by providing support through the different stages of the project.
- Completes project based assignments through different rotations to gain business knowledge and technical skills.
- Reviews and understands such items as master plan data sets.
- Supports business development team in preparation of marketing materials, client presentations and other reports.
- Communicates task progress to relevant senior staff member or project manager.
- Supports senior staff to liaise with government agencies and other authorities as may be required.
- Ensures compliance with KEO's Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
- Attends training programs as required.
- Completes periodic and summary reports of projects and accomplishments in training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Urban Planning, Architecture or related discipline.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic would be highly regarded.
- Open only for UAE Nationals.
