- Coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Infrastructure)
- Manage and review federated models to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards
- Perform clash detection using tools such as Navisworks and ensure timely resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and client requirements
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain model accuracy and consistency
- Support design coordination meetings and provide technical input on BIM related issues
- Monitor model progress and report on BIM deliverables and milestones
- Ensure proper implementation of LOD standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and related data
- Provide guidance and support to junior BIM staff and modelers
