- Manage procurement activities for mechanical materials, equipment, and related services
- Review technical specifications, BOQs, and project requirements for procurement purposes
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams regarding procurement activities
- Obtain quotations, evaluate offers, and support technical and commercial comparisons
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project schedules
- Monitor procurement status and resolve issues related to material supply and delivery
- Support cost optimization and ensure compliance with approved budgets and company procedures
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and supplier databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in mechanical procurement within construction projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, equipment, and procurement processes
- Experience in technical evaluation, supplier coordination, and procurement management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and procurement related software
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred/required

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Sr. Mechanical Procurement Engineer to join our team.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to mechanical materials, equipment, and services while ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets, and delivery schedules.
