- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams for smooth execution
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and site related documentation
- Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements
- Identify and resolve technical and site related issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Support project planning, reporting, and progress tracking activities
- Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 12 years of relevant experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and project coordination
- Experience in managing site activities and supervising subcontractors
- Good understanding of project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership preferred
