Role Description
- Full time, on site Architect role based in Riyadh.
- Develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed designs and drawings, ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
- Review and refine design proposals, participate in site visits to monitor implementation and resolve design related issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align designs with functional requirements, budget constraints, and aesthetic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.
- Skills in Project Management, such as planning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines, and supporting cost and quality control.
- Skills in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, including familiarity with design tools, BIM platforms, and coordination of digital project data.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or closely related field, with professional registration or eligibility preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and strong understanding of local building codes and construction standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in large scale or complex construction projects, ideally within the Gulf region, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving abilities, and readiness to work on site in Riyadh.
