Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment to injured or ill employees on site
- Assess medical emergencies and arrange transportation to designated hospitals when required
- Conduct periodic health assessments and medical evaluations for site employees
- Maintain accurate records of injuries, illnesses, treatments, and medical procedures
- Monitor and maintain first aid stations, equipment, and medical supplies
- Deliver health awareness and personal hygiene training to employees
- Participate in emergency drills and ensure proper documentation of activities
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with site management and HSE teams regarding medical emergencies and incidents
- Ensure compliance with project health and safety requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or 3–4 years Paramedic/Emergency Medical Services course from a recognized institution
- Valid professional certification/license (if required by local regulations)
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in emergency services
- Experience working on construction or industrial projects is preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
