Responsibilities
- Lead execution of mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems across multiple MEP projects
- Plan, monitor, and supervise site activities to achieve project milestones and delivery schedules
- Manage and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor productivity, resource allocation, and material utilization to optimize project performance
- Ensure mechanical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues
- Identify and mitigate project risks impacting progress, quality, or budget
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and international engineering standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
- Support value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities for all mechanical systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP project execution and site management, with strong focus on mechanical systems
- Proven experience delivering HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works on large scale projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, engineering standards, and MEP execution practices
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, testing & commissioning, and project handovers
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
- UAE driving licence is preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to oversee the execution and delivery of MEP projects, with a primary focus on mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems across multiple MEP projects.
- Plan, monitor, and supervise site activities to ensure project milestones and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Manage and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MEP project execution and site management, with strong focus on mechanical systems.
- Proven experience delivering HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting works on large scale commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, engineering standards, and MEP execution practices.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, testing & commissioning activities, and project handovers.
- Strong understanding of project planning, engineering coordination, material approvals, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
