About the Role
Albatha Group seeks a QA/QC Manager to ensure quality of materials, installations, and processes for civil projects in Dubai. You will develop QA/QC plans, conduct inspections, manage non-conformances, and lead continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project specific QA/QC plans for Civil activities
- Define quality objectives and establish procedures, protocols, and benchmarks for performance evaluation
- Ensure alignment of QA/QC processes with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Supervise site quality inspectors and technicians during all stages of the project
- Verify subcontractor and vendor quality plans and ensure their compliance with project requirements
- Identify, document, and address non conformances in materials or workmanship
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintain a non conformance log and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure all civil activities comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections and certifications as required
- Maintain documentation to support compliance and audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in QA/QC management for civil projects
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
