About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle
- Deliver project revenues and consistently achieve planned profit margins
- Monitor project finances and ensure cost control, including managing budgets and expenditures
- Coordinate with subcontractors and construction teams to ensure performance meets contractual conditions
- Direct and manage project implementation, including procurement, manufacturing, FAT, and installation
- Facilitate coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Act as company representative with clients, consultants, and contractors during project execution
- Negotiate changes to scope of work with clients and contractors
- Oversee development and implementation of Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Control Plan
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to management
- Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Minimum 15 years' experience in a related field
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in HV Substation, Villas, High rise buildings, malls, hospitals, schools etc.
- Extensive experience with Government Authorities; preferably approved previously by them in major projects
- Fully understanding of Government Authorities requirements and coordination

Education Qualification and Experience
