About the Role
Maxpower Electromechanical Contracting LLC is seeking experienced Senior Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join their Project Execution team in Dubai. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day to day MEP site execution activities
- Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Chargehands
- Coordinate with Consultants, Main Contractors, Clients, and internal departments
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules
- Coordinate with Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Technical Office teams
- Ensure work is executed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and company procedures
- Prepare progress reports and support project planning and handover activities
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience within UAE based MEP Contracting companies
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in MEP site execution for residential, commercial, and high rise projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple site activities under tight project schedules

Job Overview
- Maxpower Electromechanical Contracting LLC is looking for experienced Senior Mechanical Engineers and Senior Electrical Engineers to join our Project Execution team in Dubai.
- We are seeking professionals with a proven background in UAE based MEP Contracting companies, capable of leading site execution activities, managing engineering teams, coordinating with consultants and clients, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
