Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end procurement activities for electro mechanical materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify and qualify suppliers, request and evaluate quotations, negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage purchase orders and contracts.
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams to forecast demand, track deliveries, and resolve supply issues.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Requirements
- Strong procurement expertise, including hands on experience in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation, preferably within MEP or construction industries.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess bids and support data driven procurement decisions.
- Familiarity with local and international suppliers for MEP materials and understanding of UAE procurement regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple priorities.

Role Description
- Oversee end to end procurement activities for electro mechanical materials, equipment, and services.
