- Prepare quantity take offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of estimation experience within UAE based MEP Contracting companies
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems
- Experience in quantity take off, BOQ preparation, tender pricing, and cost estimation
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills

Position Overview
- Maxpower Electromechanical Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer (MEP) to join our Technical Office team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven background in UAE based MEP Contracting companies and hands on experience in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take offs, BOQs, and competitive tender submissions for residential, commercial, and high rise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works.
