Responsibilities
- Manage the complete execution of MEP projects from mobilization to handover
- Lead and supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, Chargehands, and project teams
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, procurement, subcontractors, and project budgets
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Main Contractors, Authorities, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and company procedures
- Review project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure HSE, QA/QC, and commercial objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project planning, cost control, variation management, and project close out activities
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE based MEP Contracting companies
- Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager role managing MEP projects in the UAE
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience delivering residential, commercial, and high rise MEP projects
- Strong leadership, contractual, commercial, and client management skills
- Excellent knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements

Role Overview
- Maxpower Electromechanical Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager (MEP) to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing UAE based MEP contracting projects from award to handover.
Key Responsibilities
