Job Description
Lead marketing strategy for CPHI Middle East and BIO Middle East, positioning both events as essential fixtures in the regional pharmaceutical calendar.
Drive high-value attendance, increase exhibitor return on investment, and support the events’ thought-leadership positioning.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Lead the end-to-end awareness, interest, conversion, and retention marketing cycle for both events.
- Develop audience segmentation for API manufacturers, biotech startups, government regulators, and big-pharma C-suite audiences.
- Own the marketing budget across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Drive marketing-qualified leads through inbound marketing and targeted LinkedIn campaigns.
- Oversee whitepapers, webinars, and industry reports.
- Manage automated Eloqua email journeys through the registration funnel.
- Manage relationships with health authorities, trade associations, and trade press.
- Collaborate with operations on the show-floor brand experience.
- Report weekly on registration pacing and exhibitor marketing-qualified leads.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of B2B event marketing experience is required.
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector experience is a significant advantage.
- Mastery of marketing automation tools is required.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4 is required.
- English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
Contract and Workplace
This is a 6-month contract role.
The role can be performed remotely.
