Strong technical background — CS degree or equivalent experience, with enough fluency in software architecture, APIs, and infrastructure to engage credibly with engineers and make informed tradeoff decisions.
Demonstrated success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs (multiple teams, competing priorities, ambiguous scope) to successful completion.

PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
