Responsibilities
- Drive the successful execution of the annual talent management cycle including probation, goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans
- Partner with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to ensure talent processes are understood and effectively implemented
- Develop training materials, toolkits, and internal communications to educate stakeholders on talent management processes
- Support management of underperformance through administration and reporting of performance improvement plans
- Coordinate and facilitate performance calibration sessions and talent reviews
- Support succession planning initiatives and identification of high potential talent
- Create and maintain frameworks for individual development plans and monitor progress
- Produce talent management metrics, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders
- Act as subject matter expert and super user for Talent Management systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3 6 years of relevant experience within Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or related Human Capital function
- Proven experience managing talent management cycles including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create dashboards
- Strong project management skills
- Experience working with HR systems and ERP platforms

About the Role
- The Senior Manager – Talent Management will play a pivotal part in driving and embedding talent management practices across the organisation, ensuring a consistent and high performing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving the successful execution of the annual talent management cycle, including probation, goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and individual development plans.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees to ensure talent processes are understood, effectively implemented, and completed in a timely manner.
- Developing training materials, toolkits, and internal communications to educate and upskill stakeholders on talent management processes and systems.
- Supporting the management of underperformance through effective administration, tracking, and reporting of performance improvement plans.
- Coordinating and facilitating performance calibration sessions and talent reviews, ensuring accurate documentation and robust outcomes.
- Supporting succession planning initiatives and the identification and development of high potential talent across the business.
- Creating and maintaining frameworks and guidelines for individual development plans and monitoring progress against development objectives.
- Producing meaningful talent management metrics, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision making and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
- Acting as a subject matter expert and super user for Talent Management systems, driving adoption, continuous improvement, and stakeholder capability.
- Ensuring all talent management activities remain compliant with UAE labour laws, company policies, and Dubai Holding standards while identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience and business performance.
About You
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with CIPD or SHRM qualifications considered an advantage.
- 3 6 years of relevant experience within Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or a related Human Capital function.
- Proven experience managing talent management cycles, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and its application within talent and performance management processes.
- Experience developing and delivering training materials, workshops, and communications to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver within deadlines.
- Experience working with HR systems and ERP platforms, with exposure to Oracle and Talent Management systems being advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions oriented approach, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, continuous improvement, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- Exposure to the media, entertainment, or hospitality industry would be considered an added advantage.
