Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
- Extensive prior experience in a technical function department management role
- Extensive experience in Capital Projects execution
- Understanding of general project execution and delivery tools, processes and procedures
- Understanding of the delivery technical functions; including Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations and Maintenance
- Understanding of the business drivers for energy & materials clients
- Experience applying strategies for implementing and managing change in organizations
- Ability to drive influence and results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong problem solving skills
