About the Role

- Own and lead centralized systems and data objectives across the region to drive consistent delivery execution
- Lead as the focal point accountable for systems performance in the region
- Lead the combined team of system administrators and specialists, ensuring optimal capability and capacity
- Facilitate and support systems, tools and digital innovation across the lifecycle of contracts
- Lead and enhance information management solutions including technical data management and document control
- Support Regional Technical Leaders to ensure complimentary approaches for technical systems and contract delivery
- Coordinate with Identify/Acquire/Deliver team(s) to ensure effective tools and systems are selected and implemented
- Partner with Group IT to ensure effective operation of systems and information management
- Drive HSSE and Quality culture and performance
- Provide key insights and input to business development process to support pursuit of new work
- Line management of direct reports including performance reviews and career development
- Manage consistency of technical systems and tools across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
- Extensive prior experience in a technical function department management role
- Extensive experience in Capital Projects execution
- Understanding of project execution and delivery tools, processes and procedures
- Understanding of delivery technical functions including Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations and Maintenance
- Understanding of business drivers for energy & materials clients
- Experience applying strategies for implementing and managing change in organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across a diverse multicultural community
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines

Role Overview
- Wood is recruiting for an experienced Senior Manager Systems and Information Management (MEAC) for its Oil, Gas & New Energies business based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The role is full time based in Wood office Abu Dhabi.
- The job holder is responsible for performance of the regional systems and information management function, leading teams that support associated tools and applications across all three business units.
Key Accountabilities
