- Support day to day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Support and foster strong cross functional collaboration across Procurement, Third Party Risk Management teams for contract execution
- Review, rationalize, and optimize technology service and resource contracts
- Support and contribute to Data and AI communication strategies such as tech blogs, newsletters, and releases
- Support strategic planning cycles, leadership offsites, and transformation programs
- Document decisions, action items, and dependencies arising from meetings
- Oversee the end to end invoice lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Support Finance with accurate financial records, reconciliations, and tracking tools
- Assist in annual budgeting and mid year planning cycles
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support operational decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology
- 5yrs of professional experience across Project Management, Finance, Operations, Contract Management and Strategy within a technology driven organization
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and confident working with financial data
- Strong analytical capability and understanding of financial processes
- Strong communicator with proven track record of presenting insights to senior leadership
- Results oriented self starter with bias toward action
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with diverse stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative

Overview
- The Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations plays a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Data & AI Technology organization.
- This organization drives data enabled decision making, AI innovation, and technology modernization across the Bank.
- The role orchestrates activities across internal teams including Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Third Party Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day to day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Support and foster strong cross functional collaboration across Procurement, Third Party Risk Management teams for contract execution.
- Review, rationalize, and optimize technology service and resource contracts.
- Support and contribute to Data and AI communication strategies within the broader organization.
- Support strategic planning cycles, leadership offsites, and transformation programs.
- Document decisions, action items, and dependencies arising from meetings.
- Oversee the end to end invoice lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and maintenance of an up to date invoice tracking repository.
- Support Finance with accurate financial records, reconciliations, and tracking tools.
- Assist in annual budgeting and mid year planning cycles by consolidating financial input.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support operational decision making.
- Support Finance to provide resource hiring forecasts across Data & AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
- 5yrs of professional experience across Project Management, Finance, Operations, Contract Management and Strategy within a technology driven organization.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and confident working with financial data.
- Strong analytical capability and understanding of financial processes.
- Strong communicator with proven track record of presenting insights to senior leadership.
