- Be a core part of building an AI native strategic sourcing function from the ground up — processes, operations, tech stack, and supplier ecosystem
- Manage high value contracts across all project mandates spanning Strategy Consulting, AI/Digital, Fashion, Construction, Education, and more
- Forge and grow a partner ecosystem supporting Abu Dhabi government facing projects
- Own procure to pay operations and end to end contract lifecycle management
Requirements
- Degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution; MBA is a strong plus
- 3+ years in consulting, a reputable startup, or a high performance procurement environment
- 1+ year of UAE experience is mandatory
- Public sector exposure or procurement strategy/operations experience is a strong plus
- First principles thinking with sharp negotiation and communication skills
- Fluency in AI tools applied to procurement (workflow automation, spend analytics, or supplier intelligence)

- Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships
- Location: Abu Dhabi
- Salary: AED 22,000 – 25,000/month
- Duration: 1 Year Contract (followed by auto renewal or permanency)
What You'll Do
- Be a core part of building an AI native strategic sourcing function from the ground up — processes, operations, tech stack, and supplier ecosystem.
- Manage high value contracts across all project mandates spanning the domains mentioned above.
- Forge and grow a partner ecosystem supporting Abu Dhabi government facing projects.
- Own procure to pay operations and end to end contract lifecycle management.
What You'll Bring
- Degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution (of the respective country); an MBA is a strong plus.
- 3+ years in consulting, a reputable startup, or a high performance procurement environment; 1+ year of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Public sector exposure or procurement strategy/operations experience is a strong plus.
- First principles thinking with sharp negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in AI tools applied to procurement — workflow automation, spend analytics, or supplier intelligence (well beyond conversational AI).
